Q1: Can you provide us with a sample? Is it free or do we need to pay?
A1: Samples for standard items are free, only an express fee needs to be charged. Customized samples require a sample fee.
Q2: What is the lead time for samples?
A2: If we are not in a busy season, ordered samples will be sent out within 3-7 days.
Q3: What is the lead time for delivery?
A3: Generally, we can manufacture orders of up to a few thousand items within 7-10 days since the order confirmation.
Q4: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A4: Yes, you can. You have two options: send your label design to us, and we will put them on the items, or send your finished labels to us, and we will do the same.
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A5: For OEM service, the general MOQ for each design is 100 pcs per color. Special requests with less MOQ can be accommodated upon discussion.
