Q1: Can you provide us with a sample? Is it free or do we need to pay?
A1: Standard items are free, only an express fee is required. Customized samples incur a sample fee. (No express fee if you have your own freight collect account like Fedex DHL ***)
Q2: What is the lead time for samples?
A2: During non-busy seasons, ordered samples will be sent out within 3-7 days.
Q3: What is the lead time for delivery?
A3: Orders of up to a few thousand items can be manufactured within 15-30 days from confirmation of the order.
Q4: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A4: Yes, you have two options: provide your label design for us to make and attach, or send finished labels for us to put on the items.
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A5: For OEM service, the general MOQ is 500 pcs per color per design. Special requests with lower MOQ can be discussed for a solution.
Q6: How do you deliver?
A6: Delivery options include sea, air, or courier services like DHL, UPS, and Fedex.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A7: Payment can be made via T/T, LC, or with a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% before shipping.
Q8: Where is your factory located, and is it convenient to visit?
A8: Our factory is in Dongguan city, Guangdong province. We provide business vehicles for your convenience during visits.
