A1: Standard items are free, only an express fee is required. Customized samples incur a sample fee. (No express fee if you have your own freight collect account like Fedex, DHL, ***)
Q2: What is the lead time for samples?
A2: Samples are usually sent out within 3-7 days if we are not in a busy season.
Q3: What is the lead time for delivery?
A3: Orders of up to a few thousand items can be manufactured within 15-30 days after confirmation.
Q4: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A4: Yes, you can either send your label design to us for application or send finished labels for us to attach.
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A5: The general MOQ for OEM service is 500 pcs per color. Special requests with lower MOQ can be discussed for a solution.
Q6: How do you deliver?
A6: Delivery can be done by sea, air, or courier services like DHL, UPS, FedEx.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A7: Payment can be made via T/T, LC, or with a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% before shipping.
