A1: Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly. Customized samples require a sample fee.

A2: If we are not in a busy season, your ordered samples will be sent out to you within 3-7 days.
Q3: What is the lead time for delivery?
A3: Generally, we can manufacture orders of up to a few thousand items within 7-10 days since the order confirmation.
